We celebrate Kanelbullens dag here in Sweden.
One of our favourite traditional bread is a small bun called Kanelbulle, Cinnamon roll or Cinnamon bun in english and today it is a special day just for this bun. I can promise you that we have baked and eaten tons of them in this country today. I don't dare to say how many I've eaten...they taste absolutely best still warm, straight from the plate with a glas of cold milk.
You can find a recipe in english here. Cinnamon buns they use demerera sugar in the recipe but we usually use ordinary castor sugar.
