Tyra's Garden is a small garden on the island of Resarö situated in the inner part of the archipelago near the small town Vaxholm, outside Stockholm. Tyra's Garden is mostly an ornamental vegetable garden, my potager. But flowers are of course an important ingredience, for beauty and pollination. What a wonderful tulip picture and welcome to "Today's Flowers" event. Just spoke with my daughter in Varberg and she told me they received even more snow overnight.
We have a very unusual winter in Toronto, Canada. We have no snow in the garden, but it is very cold!!
I love your blog,
kram Gisela

Hej! Jag tror att din fina ros kan vara en myskroshybrid. Kanske från Pemberton, kanske en Felicia.

That's a beautiful tulip and I agree that the negative is interesting. You have a beautiful blog.

I love to see tulips because we see so few of them here in Phoenix, Arizona. Our winters just don't get cold enough to set the bulbs, even if we refrigerate the bulbs for a few months. When I first moved here I was determined that I could make them grow. They came up but bloomed when the stems were about one inch off the ground! Everyone laughed! So now I stick to plants that I know will thrive in the desert southwest.

I love tulips! I have some popping up all over from when I planted them this past fall. I can't wait to see them. That though is a really cool picture from the negative!

The negative looks as gorgeous as the normal one.
I love tulips. In fact my sis got me tulip bulbs from Germany last year but I lost them all to fungus. Stupid me that I didn't store them in refrigerator. I still repent for that stupid act of mine, coz we don't get Tulips here :(
